1. White Chocolate Martini

  • Martini glass

  • Cocktail shaker

  • Jigger or measuring tool

  • Strainer

  1. Brush the rim of a martini glass with a small amount of maple syrup or honey.

  2. Dip the rim of the glass into the grated white chocolate (give it a nice thick coating) and place into the fridge to chill for a few minutes.

  3. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.

  4. Vigorously shake the cocktail shaker until the outside feels ice-cold (approximately 20-30 seconds).

  5. Remove the chilled martini glass from the fridge.

  6. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass, making sure no ice shards are included.

  7. Serve immediately while it's cold and creamy.

2. Chocolate Old Fashioned

  • Mixing glass

  • Bar spoon

  • Strainer

  • Jigger or measuring tool

  • Coupe glass

  1. Moisten the rim of the coupe glass with a bit of water and dip it into a plate of cocoa powder.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the mixing glass and fill with ice.

  3. Stir the mixture gently with a bar spoon for about 30 seconds, or until well-chilled.

  4. Strain the cocktail into the coupe glass and garnish with an orange peel or cherry.

3. Grasshopper

  1. Place the cocktail glass in the freezer to chill.

  2. Using a jigger or measuring tool, pour your ingredients into the cocktail shaker and fill with ice.

  3. Shake well for about 15-20 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker is frosty.

  4. Remove the chilled glass from the freezer. Place the Hawthorne strainer over the top of the shaker and strain the cocktail into the glass.

  5. Freshly grate a small amount of nutmeg over the top of the drink for added flavour and aroma (optional).

  6. Serve your Grasshopper immediately while it is still cold and frothy.

4. Bushwacker

  • High-powered blender

  • Jigger or measuring tool

  • Tall glass (16oz) or hurricane glass

  • Place your glass in the freezer for at least 15 minutes to chill.

  • Using a jigger or measuring tool, pour all the ingredients into a blender and fill with ice.

  • Blend on high speed for 20-25 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy and the ice is completely crushed. The consistency should resemble a thick milkshake.

  • Remove the chilled glass from the freezer and drizzle the inside with chocolate sauce before pouring in the blended Bushwacker.

  • Garnish with shaved chocolate, a sprinkle of nutmeg, and a cherry or two (optional).

5. Reese’s Manhattan

  • Shaker Tin Set

  • Jigger

  • Hawthorne Strainer

  • Bar Spoon

  • Coupe glass

  1. Place your coupe glass in the freezer to chill.

  2. Using the jigger, measure and pour your ingredients into the shaker tin and fill with ice.

  3. Close the shaker tin and stir well for 30 seconds using the bar spoon.

  4. Remove the coupe glass from the freezer, hold the Hawthorne strainer over it and pour in the cocktail from the shaker tin through the strainer, filtering out any ice.

  5. If desired, garnish the drink with a mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cup or a few chocolate shavings.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy it while it’s still cold!
