15ml Re’al Fig Syrup

 Method

Whisk matcha with hot water until smooth.

Fill a glass with ice and pour in milk.

Add the matcha mixture.

Froth heavy cream with fig syrup until thick and velvety.

Gently layer the cold foam on top.
