I didn’t receive an order confirmation email?
We will send you an order confirmation to the email address given at the checkout, this should arrive shortly after your order has been completed.
If you can’t locate the email, please double check your junk/spam folder. To prevent this happening in the future, you can add us to your safe senders list — we promise not to spam you!
Why isn't your website showing next day delivery?
Whilst we always make sure to show you all our shipping options available. If the next day delivery option isn't available, that means that unfortunately, it cannot be fulfilled at this time. This could be to do with your delivery destination, a specific product, delivery delays or you might have missed the cut off time. If this is a matter of urgency, please do not hesitate to drop us an email at email@example.com or call us on 01 675 9744.
Do the bottles come in their own box?
Sometimes! We strive to photograph all our products as accurately as possible at the Irish Drink Shop, some products do come with extra packaging and this will be included if this is the case. However, if there is no accompanying box, this means that we do not have one to go with the bottle.
When will the product I want come back in stock?
Whilst we try to make sure that as long as our suppliers have a bottle, we'll keep it in stock. Sometimes products can be listed as out of stock, meaning that we are expecting this to come in shortly. If you are in a hurry for a particular product, please don't hesitate to contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll see if we can make this possible. Product listed as discontinued? Unfortunately, this means that we cannot get this back in, however, we like to keep this available for our archive, enabling people to research older bottlings and limited editions.
I didn’t receive a tracking number?
With orders placed before 4pm Mon-Thurs we will endeavour to send a tracking link on the same day, however, on the odd occasion this could 1 or 2 business days. For orders placed after this time, please wait until the next business day to your tracking link (or a further day during busy periods). If you have still not received your tracking number, please get in touch at email@example.com and we'll get the sorted for you!
There is an error with my delivery?
Sometimes mistakes happen (rarely, thankfully!) when packing orders. If there is a mistake or a beer missing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get this rectified for you.
My delivery isn’t here yet?
For everything you need to know about your order, please follow your tracking number email. We aim to always get your order to you on time, but sometimes there are circumstances out with our control — weather, Covid-19, Christmas deliveries etc — which can lead to a higher rate of delays with our delivery partner UPS. How long does delivery take?
Check out our delivery page here for estimated delivery costs and times. You will see a variety of delivery options at the checkout and we'll always dispatch orders depending on the option you choose. Once we receive your order, we'll shortly send out tracking information and you can follow the journey of your parcel.

Our headquarters is based in Dublin, the Republic of Ireland.
Do you ship to the USA?
Yes we do! However, only to the following states: Alaska (only anchorage and 50 mile surrounding area), California, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Idaho, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Texas, Vermont, Virginia & Wyoming.

How can I check the price in my own currency?
We charge in euros since we're based in the Republic of Ireland, however, you can choose to convert prices by clicking the currency symbol on the top right of our website. Exchange rates change all the time, so please always double check before clicking add to cart!
Can I send my order to a different address from my own?
Yes you certainly can! At the checkout, you will be required to enter in a delivery address. If your billing address is different, you can untick the box stating ‘my billing address is the same’ and you can enter your billing address.
I am sending a gift, will you include an invoice with my order?
Quite a lot of our orders are gifts, so we never include invoices unless specifically requested. Please contact email@example.com if you require an invoice or please leave a note in the comments section of your order.
Can I send a message with my gift?
Of course! A gift note can be added during the checkout free of charge. If you miss this step, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get this sorted for you so long as you get in touch before the order is despatched.
How much does delivery cost?

Is there a minimum order?
Nope! We don’t have minimum order quantities at all.
What happens if my package is damaged or lost?
These issues are rare and our couriers usually report any issues to us before delivery takes place — but sometimes this isn’t clear until you open your package. If you receive an order and have any concerns, then please contact our customer service team immediately and we’ll help you get this sorted whether it be arranging a replacement where available or a refund. Please do not dispose of the packaging/products until you have spoke with our team.

Of course! We’re happy to provide recommendations. Just contact us on email@example.com with who it is for, your budget and what they have liked in the past/type of thing that they might be looking for and we’ll come back to you with some recommendations.
