Merrys White Chocolate Liqueur

White Chocolate Martini

Ingredients:

25ml Merrys White Chocolate Liqueur 

50ml Dingle Vodka

20g white chocolate, coarsely grated

1 tsp maple syrup or honey

25ml double cream

¼ tsp vanilla bean paste

ice

Brush the rim of a martini glass with a little maple syrup or honey, then dip into the chocolate to coat. Chill the glass for a few minutes. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and add a handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels ice-cold. Strain the drink into martini glass and serve.
