A big anejo tequila made with blue agave, using the Fabrica de Tequilas method of cooking the piña with steam in autoclaves for 10 hours. This rich and creamy tequila was double pot distilled in stainless steel pot stills and aged in oak. Expect quality notes of mixed peels, honey-dipped apricots, and dark chocolate. Earthy, toasty agave and a little wood spice are present throughout.
