Hinch Distillery
Hinch Distillery is located in Killaney Estate, just outside Ballynahinch in County Down. The distillery takes its name from the nearby town of Ballynahinch, whose name in Irish translates as ‘town of the island’.
The distillery has three Pot stills, 10,000Lt, 5,500Lt and 2,500Lt with a capacity of over 3 million bottles of Single Malt and Pot still per year. I
Hinch Distillery has since launched five new small batch aged whiskies and their gin, Ninth Wave, which draws inspiration from Irish mythology.
