The aromatic intensity is high, fruit aromas predominate -tropical, pineapple, grapefruit and passion fruit- and varietal aromas -apricot, apple and melon- with a floral background of orange blossom and acacia flower.

Flavour

On the palate it is structured and enveloping, with well-integrated acidity, very balanced, with a very long and pleasant persistence.

Ideal to enjoy with any aperitif. Perfect companion to seafood and fish, as well as salads, fish rice dishes, poultry, fresh cheeses, etc.
