Aroma

The nose is very pronounced with aromas of red and black fruits mixing elegantly with coffee and sweet spice.

Flavour

Incredible texture with flavours of red and black fruits being uplifted by sweet juicy tannins. Very complex with a wonderful, long and complex finish.

Food Matching

This wine goes highly recommended with stews, well seasoned fish, fruity dessert and even as an aperitif.

Serving Suggestion

Best served between 15 14 and 17 degrees Celsius.
