Disaronno Originale

Amaretto Sour

A twist on a classic cocktail! 

Ingredients:

200ml Disaronno Originale

120ml Lemon Mixer

1 egg white or 50ml of Fee Brothers Fee Foam Cocktail Foamer

Cherries in syrup

ice

Method:

Put all ingredients into a blender or cocktail shaker. Whizz up the mixture a few times at a high speed until it is pale and starting to increase in volume. Add a few handfuls of ice and pulse just twice more to chill the mixture. Alternatively, just stir in the ice until the outside of the jug feels cold. Pour into tumbler glasses and garnish with cherries to serve.
