Mango Matcha Recipe – Coconut Water Matcha with Cold Foam

Ingredients


Base:


1 shot espresso

150ml coconut water

Ice


Coconut Cold Foam:


50ml heavy cream

15ml Re’al mango Syrup

 Method

Fill a glass with ice and pour over coconut water.

Add freshly brewed espresso.

Froth heavy cream with mango syrup until thick.

Spoon the cold foam on top.
