 A true reflection of Cattier's winemaking, the Brut Premier Cru is made predominantly with Pinot Meunier and has an intense fruit forward character. The finish is long and introduces new flavours of nuts and honey mingled with forest fruits. Makes an excellent aperitif. Suits a wide array of dishes such as guinea fowl and sea bass. 7) Laurent Perrier Rose Nv


First Created in 1968 the Cuvee Rosé is consistently acknowledged for its superb quality, intensity and freshness. Made from 100% Pinot Noir. The nose is dominated by flavours of ripe red fruits and berries. The palate is very similar to the nose and is bursting with red berry flavours. The crisp clean acidity gives the wine amazing structure and balance. Ideal as an accompaniment with grilled prawns and seafood. Will support and uplift Asian cuisines, especially Indian.

8) Bonac Pink Gin


Bonac Pink Gin "Wicklow Raspberry & Rose" edition utilises local ingredients to create a boastful and aromatic pink gin. The fourth Single Pot Still release to come from the Dingle Distillery which has been matured in ex-Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks resulting in a rich and full-flavoured whiskey with notes of dark chocolate, figs, and ripe fruits. 11) Romain Duvernay Domaine de la Grand Ribe Cote Du Rhone Rouge


Special reduced price this February! Made from a blend of 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, and 10% Mourvèdre. This organic wine is rich and strong in colour, on the palate it is fleshy and fruity with notes of spice throughout. Best served at 16°C accompanied with steak or mature cheese.

12) Redbreast 12 Year Old Single Pot Still


An all-time favourite for all the team here! A 100% heavy pot still whiskey with a high sherry ageing percentage. Redbreast was a brand name for Jameson's pure Irish pot still, bottled in bond by Gilbeys. First made in 1939 with Jameson filling Gilbey's own casks. Two sherry casks were used for each bourbon cask. The brand died off with the closure of Jamesons distillery but was recently relaunched and is a huge favourite with both whiskey drinkers and connoisseurs. Rich and oily on the palate with flavours of dried fruits, roasted nuts and exotic spices.
