Tipperary Boutique Distillery
Tipperary Boutique Distillery Ltd was founded in March 2016 by Jennifer Nickerson, Stuart Nickerson, and Liam Ahearn. The group have used their skills to deliver world-class Irish whiskeys.
Tipperary Boutique Distillery is based on the Ahearn family farm. Its unique location, combined with Stuart Nickerson's whiskey expertise and passion, affords it the opportunity to create great whiskey from its own barley, grown on Ballindoney Farm.
To date, the company has released three brands for the whiskey lover: The Rising, Watershed, and Knockmealdowns.
Tipperary Watershed Single Malt is a small batch whiskey which has been cut with water from Ballindoney, Co Tipperary, hence the origin of the name.
