Mariinsk Distillery

Mariinsk Distillery was founded in 1900 in the heart of Siberia, 300 km away from the nearest town. This remote location was carefully chosen as water is a key component in the production of Beluga Vodka, accounting for 60% of its unique formula. They pull from artesian water sources around 850 feet deep underground. Another component is a special (wheat) malt spirit, rarely found in today's vodka, mainly due to the cost and labour-intensive program it requires. The filtration process involves a triple filtration through charcoal, impregnated silver, and sand (or quadruple for the Transatlantic, with cotton). The final product is left to rest for 30 days before bottling.

Their flagship brand, Beluga Noble Vodka, is marketed as a super-premium vodka. In addition, the Mariinsk Distillery also manufactures Beluga Transatlantic Racing, Beluga Allure, Beluga Gold Line and Beluga Celebration, which is a special edition of Beluga Noble that was released in 2015 in celebration of the 115th anniversary of the Mariinsk Distillery.
