Bobby Burns Cocktail

A cocktail to help you celebrate the next Robert Burns Night! Robert Burns was a poet and composer known as Scotland’s own ‘National Bard’.

Ingredients:

45 mL Machrie Moor
22.5 mL Martini Bianco
10 mL Dom Benedictine
Ice
Lemon zest twist
A slice of shortbread

Directions:

Stir all the ingredients with ice
Strain into a chilled glass
Garnish with lemon zest twice and enjoy with a slice of shortbread
