Deviant Spirits Distillery

Deviant Spirits Distillery was founded by three close friends in Boulder, Colorado and is Colorado's only grain-to-glass distillery. The distillery's process is unique as it uses a custom-designed bain marie style, double boiler mash tun. This style of mash tun avoids scorching the rice and causing off-flavors in the final product. Unlike a traditional pot still, this style of still cycles the fermented rice between vapour and liquid many, many times to achieve extremely high purity in the final product.
