Baoilleach Distillery is Donegal's first Grain to Glass distillery in over a century, The distillery is situated in an old cottage on a hillside overlooking Mulroy Bay outside the village of Carrigart, Co. Donegal.
Baoilleach Distillery is one of the smallest distilleries in Ireland and produces quality craft spirits which show the character of Donegal and Ireland.
The distillery produces:
- Mulroy Bay - Irish Gin
- Mulroy Bay - Irish Poitín
- Mulroy Bay - Oak Barrel Finish Irish Poitín
They are currently looking to expand into barrelled spirits soon.
