Asahikawa Distillery is located on the island of Hokkaido, Japan. The distillery uses natural spring water from the Taisetsu Mountains, along with uniquely Japanese botanicals such as tea leaves, sansho pepper, and yuzu in the production of their gins. Their flagship product, Etsu, has won numerous awards since release.
