A limited edition Irish whiskey from Two Stacks! It is made from a blend of double-distilled and pot-still whiskey and matured in a range of casks, including fresh oak casks, ex-bourbon barrels, and former Oloroso sherry casks before receiving an additional finish in French oak casks previously used for Cherry Brandy. Bottled at robust 63% abv. Expect notes of black stone fruits and cola. Perfect over ice.

In an age of increasing automation in the drinks industry, Two Stacks rely on traditional techniques that have earmarked high- quality whiskey distilling for more than 100 years – from determining timing through taste and nose while in cask to manually disgorging casks and hand labelling each bottle.
