This limited edition whiskey is a superb vatting of multiple casks, each contributing unique characteristics to create a harmonious blend of strength and subtlety. Packaged in a beautifully designed bottle paying homage to Limerick’s hurling legacy, “The Clash of the Ash” is a unique whiskey to mark their historic achievement. Bottled at 49% with lots of flavour and an oily texture.

The distillery was made to pay homage to the long lost distillery of Thomond Gate and to bring whiskey back to Limerick after 100 years. The distillery is known for its traditional single pot style whiskey, which was once enjoyed in Limerick by past generations.
