Passoa Passion Fruit Liqueur

Pornstar Martini

Ingredients:

60ml  istil 38 vanilla vodka

30ml Passoa

1 tbsp Mixer lime juice

1 tbsp Monin sugar syrup

La Farra Valdobbiadene Prosecco Frizzante, to serve

2 ripe passion fruits (Garnish)

Method:

Step 1) Chill a martini glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes before making the cocktail.

Step 2)  Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and add the vodka, passion fruit puree or juice, vanilla liqueur, passion fruit liqueur, lime juice, and syrup to the shaker.

Step 3) Shake the ingredients vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to ensure they are well combined and chilled then strain the cocktail into the chilled martini glass. Garnish the drink with half a fresh passion fruit or a lime wheel on the rim of the glass.

Optionally, you can serve the cocktail with a shot of chilled Prosecco or champagne on the side. This is sometimes referred to as a "shot of bubbles" and is meant to be sipped alongside the pornstar martini for a bit of effervescence.
