In 1912, an entrepreneur named Georges Monin started selling wines and spirits, then liqueurs and syrups in the Bourges region, under the slogan "Passion for Quality". Two future generations later, his son, Paul, and now his grandson, Olivier, continue to run Monin.
Today, Monin syrups can be found in 150 countries.
The company continues to grow and experiment, with their current syrups ranging over 150 flavours. At the same time, the company has been able to offer a range of complementary products in order to meet the requirements and tastes of bar and coffee professionals, as well as a wide range of catering markets.
