Maharani Gin and Cork’s renowned Elbow Lane Brewery have joined forces once again to create a truly distinctive spirit. For this special release, Rebel City Distillery aged their award-winning Maharani Gin in a French oak barrel that previously held Elbow Lane’s rich Amber Ale for three months.
After resting in the beer-infused cask for five months, the gin has taken on layers of deep, malt-forward character, beautifully complementing Maharani’s signature spice and citrus notes. The result is a complex yet balanced spirit, with warm hints of vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak, adding depth to the bold botanical profile.
