An incredible Maraschino liqueur that is made in a painstaking process. Firstly the cherries are harvested and macerated in larch vats along with some twigs and leaves of the cherry tree. This process takes up to three years and once it is complete the liquids is gently distilled in copper pot stills. Further maturation takes place in ash wood vats before the liquid is reduced to bottling strength and some simple syrup is added.
