Master Distiller Billy Walker hand-selected the casks (Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso, red wine and virgin oak casks) which results in a lively nose and a punchy palate. Bottled at 59.4%, expect notes of dark chocolate, toasted honeycomb and molasses, followed by ripe plums, hazelnuts, ginger and red berries.
