Two fabulous bottles presented in a beautiful box. Origine Du Haut Bourg Pavillon Muscadet Côtes de Grandlieu sur Lie: Pavillon is the name of the parcel where the grapes are from. The vines are 40 years old and produce a fine wine that is extremely well balanced. Matured on the lees for a period of 8 months with stirring of the lees after fermentation. Calmel & Joseph Corbieres: Corbieres grapes are generally grown in a Mediterranean climate with ocean influences. This variation is a blend of high altitude parcels and cool altitude terroir. It gives this wine a very unique quality that makes it stand out from the rest. It is comprised of 60% Grenache Noir and 40% Syrah and is aged in concrete vats for 6 months. Drinking now but will also reward careful aging.
