Savoy Daisy
A fantastic twist on the classic Daisy cocktail that swaps out the brandy for Diplomatico rum! Created by Erik Lorincz of the Savoy Hotel in London who revisited the Daisy recipe.
Recipe:
- 40 ml Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva
- 60 ml Ruby Port
- 25 ml lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Moscovado sugar
- ½ teaspoon Grenadine
Directions:
- Fill in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add all of the ingredients and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
