Noel Sweeney, Master Blender at Powerscourt Distillery, has created this superb singe pot still. All cereals are made from cereals grown on the Curraghmore Estate and is matured and aged separately in a virgin French oak half barrel, an Oloroso Sherry and an ex-bourbon barrel. Bottled at 46%, there are plenty of velvety vanilla aromas with honey and lemon and flavours of sweet malt, fruity boiled sweets, fruit cocktail, chocolate, Christmas spice, cloves, liquorice, and a lingering finish.
