Crystal Head was designed with the creative spirit in mind by creative people. In 2008, Dan Aykroyd and John Alexander founded the iconic skull-shaped bottle. The inspiration for Crystal Head came from the lack of additive-free vodkas on the market and the legend of the thirteen crystal skulls. The shape of the bottle is a symbol of life, reflecting power and enlightenment.
Crystal Head Vodka is crafted from locally sourced, Canadian corn. It is distilled four times into a neutral grain spirit and blended with pristine water from Newfoundland, Canada. The vodka is filtered seven times, of which three are through layers of semi-precious crystals known as Herkimer diamonds.
Crystal Head does not use any additives—glycerol, citrus oil, or sugar—in the production of their vodka. The factory and product is certified kosher, as well as gluten-free.
