Clonakilty Distillery began with an Irish farmer on the southwest of Ireland with a big dream. The Scully family, the founders of Clonakilty Distillery, have farmed this windswept coastal land for 9 successive generations. With the prime land, pristine water, and salt sea air, they had the perfect ingredients right at their fingertips.
All the barley used is grown on the family farm in the shadow of the Galley Head Lighthouse. The dream has become a reality, with Clonakilty Distillery enjoying much success with its award-winning Cask Oak Series, Minke gin, and distillery exclusives.
