Matured in an ex-bourbon cask. Finished in an ex-red burgundy cask from Mongeard Mugneret in 2015 followed by a final three years in a Pedro Ximenez cask.

Aroma

Caramel chocolate, fudge, toffees, dates, dark chocolate, charred oak & old leather.

Flavour

Sweet & full-bodied. Dark chocolate, smoky oak, leather, dates, walnuts and roasted hazelnuts.
