Created in 1860 by Gaspare Campari in Novara, Italy, Campari is now disturbed in over 190 and forms the base for a large number of cocktails such as a Negroni, spritz, and others. Known for its dark red colour, obtained from the infusion of herbs and fruit (including chinotto and cascarilla) in alcohol and water.
