Aperol Spritz Recipe
- 50ml Aperol
- 75ml La Farra Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut Spumante Prosecco (dry prosecco is best, you don’t want it to be too sweet, otherwise, your cocktail won’t be balanced.)
- 25ml Fever Tree Soda Water
- Orange Slice- to garnish
How to make Aperol Spritz
Fill your large wine glass with plenty of ice and add the Aperol and prosecco.
Add a dash of soda and stir. Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy!
When to drink it – Aperitivo Hour
The best time to order an Aperol Spritz is “aperitivo hour” which is usually between 7 pm and 9pm. This is when Italians meet to relax after work with a cocktail or glass of wine before dinner.
What is the difference between Aperol and Campari?
