A modern take on an Old Fashioned cocktail by the award-winning Westward Whiskey. The sweet and salty taste is inspired by the flavours of Oregon, the home of Westward’s distillery.

Ingredients: 

• 60 ml Westward American Single Malt Whiskey
• 5mLlraw liquid honey
• A pinch of sea salt flakes
• 0.5 drop of Fee Brothers Old Fashion Aromatic Bitters
• Cherry to garnish
  
  

Instructions: 

• Pour the whiskey, honey, sea salt and bitters into a mixing glass and stir
• Pour into an Old-Fashioned Rocks glass on a large cube
• Garnish with a cherry
