Westmalle Trappist

Formed in 1836 when monks first began brewing for their own consumption, they soon clocked on that this might be something worth selling to locals and passers-by of the monastery. Since then, they have been brewing and selling beer ever since using only the purest of ingredients — 100% barley malt, real hop cones, sugar and home-grown yeast and its own water.
