The Cuvee marks an exciting new release for Waterford Distillery and a landmark moment for single malt whiskey. 25 individual Single Farm Origins coalesce to create this most profound, layered, and complex whiskey.

Waterford Distillery was founded by the same mind behind Islay's Bruichladdich with the goal to not just create the most compelling Irish whisky, but the world's most profound single malt.

The Distillery is located in Waterford, on the banks of the River Suir. The state-of-the-art facility was originally built by Diageo in 2004 and converted to distilling in 2015.

The first whisky ran in January 2016, marking the 'first' Irish organic whiskey. This new expression is part of Waterford Distillery’s Arcadian Series, which pays tribute to radical growers and alternative values such as heritage grains and unusual growing methods.
