Matured in a 2nd fill ex-Oloroso Butt with European oak for all 12 years.

Aroma

Light entry of white pepper dusted dates, red apple skin, flaked almonds, charred peach, crushed red grapes & toasted barley husks.

Flavour

Roasted hazelnut dryness evokes a warmth of crystallised ginger, hints of crushed star anise & caramelised banana. Seville orange zest freshness & bitter chocolate with clove spice running throughout before notes of charred peach & sherry soaked raisins come to the fore.
