Volpe Pasini
Volpe Pasini winery is located in the heart of the Eastern Hills of Friuli Doc. Some documents claim the production of wines began in the seventeenth century, making the winery one of the oldest in Italy. Today, the production is carried out by Emilio Rotolo.
The vineyards are located in various places, with the most expansive and important being the seventeenth-century Villa Rosa, named in honour of his wife, Rosa Tommaselli.
