Tullamore D.E.W
Tullamore D.E.W is one of Ireland's oldest whiskeys, dating back to 1829. Daniel E. Williams, the creator of Tullamore D.E.W, was a self-made man who worked his way up from a stable boy of the distillery to become the owner. His legacy and hard work brought electricity and motorised automobiles to Tullamore. His initials D.E.W are stamped onto every bottle.
Tullamore is the first new distillery to have been constructed on a greenfield site in Ireland in over 100 years, and the first to operate in Tullamore since 1954.
the Power of Three is one of the core tenants of the distillery and carries into everything they do. They use only three natural ingredients, three varieties of grain distillation, and three different types of maturation casks. This makes Tullamore D.E.W. the worlds only triple distilled, triple blend, triple matured whiskey and yields an award-winning flavour profile of true Irish character.
