From the Cork-based distillery comes a single malt which has been distilled using exclusively malted barley which was then matured in first-fill American oak bourbon barrels, finished in first and second fill selected European oak oloroso sherry casks. A limited release, each bottle is individually number.

St. Patricks Distillery is responsible for creating a range of small-batch Irish spirits, including gin, vodka and whiskey. They feature potato as a crucial part of the spirit making process and proudly use it as their alcohol base for their range of clear spirits. They are responsible for sourcing, blending and ageing whiskies with the intention of distilling their own whiskey in the coming years. A distillery with real imaginative flair and potential!
