Originally produced as a small Limited Edition batch, Slingsby Rhubarb Gin proved to be so popular that it has become a permanent part of the company's portfolio. Made by taking their London Dry Gin which is crafted using locally sourced botanicals and masterfully infused with the finest Yorkshire rhubarb sourced from the famous 'Rhubarb Triangle'. Add with tonic and a slice of pink grapefruit for a delicious taste and flavour.

Producer

Founded in 2014 by Marcus Black and Mike Carthy, who named their gin after William Slingsby, a 16th-century English adventurer who was said to be the one to discover that Harrogate’s Tewit Well water had supposed valuable properties. The distillery uses the town of Harrogate as its inspiration. Expressions, such as the award-winning Slingsby London Dry Gin, were unsurprisingly made utilising this now-famous water source, as well as a selection of botanicals from the area (with additional botanicals sourced from the world over.)
