Skellig Six18 Gin

A signature cocktail from our very own Celtic Whiskey Bar & Larder which takes the classic Tom Collins and gives it a smooth, Elderflower taste.

Ingredients: 

• 50ml Skellig Six18 Gin,
• 20ml Elderflower Syrup,
• 10ml Lemon Juice,
• 10ml Cloudy Apple Juice,
• 10ml Sugar Syrup,
• Fever Tree Tonic Water 

Directions: 

• In a Boston shaker, shake all ingredients except the tonic water with ice
• Strain into pre-chilled glass
• Add ice,
• Top up with tonic water
