Shortcross Gin Distillery
Shortcross Gin is produced at Rademon Estate in Northern Ireland, and uses local ingredients from the surrounding forests and countryside with botanicals such as wild clover and elderberries. Their distillery is equipped with a shiny 450 litre copper pot still and two columns, each of which contains seven bubble plates.
