Nicolas Potel has teamed up with his friend Stephane Aviron to produce a serious range of wines from the Beaujolais and Macon regions in Southern Burgundy. Reds are traditionally vinified and aged in oak and the whites also receive a little oak. Whilst Cote de Brouilly is more fruit driven and lighter in style, the Fleurie has more body. Old vines are used to increase depth and flavour.
