The Black Valley (Port Sour)

A wickedly delightful Port Sour cocktail for any rainy or wet night in!

Ingredients:

50ml Noval Black Port,
20ml Nardini Mandorla,
25ml Lemon Juice,
10ml Sugar Syrup,
1 Dash Chocolate Bitters,

Directions:

In Boston Shaker, shake all ingredients with ice
Double strain into pre-chilled coupe glass
Garnish with a chocolate square, melted to the side of the glass
