Mary-Ellen's Meadow Cordials

Mary-Ellen's Meadow Cordials came about as an appreciation for the outdoors and Mother Nature.  

Mary-Ellen's Meadow Cordials are an ode to her great Aunt Mary-Ellen (where the brand found its name) who influenced and sewed the seeds of knowledge about how past generations used to make delicious things out of what is growing around us. Mary-Ellen's Meadow Cordials follow those lessons closely and are produced from a combination of homegrown and Mother Nature's organic fruit and flowers used in handed down recipes from times gone by. The end result is a delicious real fresh fruit drink from our childhood days.

In 2015, the Cordials were introduced initially at the little farmer’s markets in the local towns, then to bigger food events like the Great Taste of Cavan and Bord Bia, the Irish Food Authority even invited us to participate in Bloom. From there, the cordials have grown in popularity.
