A small batch gin from the Listoke Distillery in Co.Louth, which is home to a fantastic gin school whereby you can learn how to make your own gin. Traditional botanicals like juniper, coriander and angelica root have been combined with a range of locally sourced botanicals from the Listoke estate.

Listoke Distillery and Gin School is a true gin lovers paradise, nestled in the splendid Co. Louth countryside. The distillery is the biggest gin distillery in Ireland and is home to the biggest gin still, an iStill 2000 pro. Their award-winning Listoke 1777 gin has meant the distillery has had to expand and has relocated to Listoke Gin House in the heart of the Boyne Valley in Co Louth.
