Lambay Malt Whiskey Cognac Cask Finish is the fourth addition to the Lambay arsenal and contains a blend of three premium, independently sourced Irish single malt distillates. This blend contains both double and triple distilled whiskey which has been finished in French oak Cognac casks.

Created through a collaboration between Camus, the world’s leading family-owned cognac producer, and the Baring Family’s Revelstoke Trust, Lambay Irish Whiskey is a combination of centuries-old Irish whiskey making expertise and five generations of French Cognac blending and maturation expertise.

Lambay Whiskey was founded by two entrepreneurial spirits from two very old families who decided to form a unique partnership. Their idea was to create an innovative Irish whiskey inspired by the island of Lambay, the ancestral home of Alexander Baring, and finished with the techniques and expertise of Maison Camus, the ancestral home of Camus Cognac.

Lambay Whiskey’s unique taste is attributed to the expertise of blending and maturation using French oak hand-selected Cognac casks carried across the sea from the world-renowned cellars of Camus, France.
