Kurayoshi
Kurayoshi whisky, founded in 1910, is produced at the Matsui Shuzou facility in the Tottori Prefecture, northwest of Kyoto at the foothills of Mt. Daisen. Kurayoshi uses the mountain’s crystal clear water as part of their production process. This water is filtered through volcanic stone to give their whiskies, sake, and shochu their unique taste.
