Grace O’Malley Rum Cask Irish Whiskey is an award-winning blend from producer Grace O’Malley, a brand which takes its name from the infamous 16th century Pirate Queen of Ireland. This takes the standard Grace O'Malley Blended Whiskey and finishes it in wet casks from Jamaican and Barbados rums to give an enhanced rich spiciness. This is whiskey is the result of the work of Master Blender Paul Caris.

Producer

The Grace O’Malley brand is dedicated to the legendary Irish pirate queen, Grainne Ní Mháille/Grace O’Malley, also known as Granuaile. Born into Irish nobility in Co Mayo in 1530, she was a charismatic and natural leader.

Grace O’Malley Spirits is made of a team of local coopers, renowned Irish distillers from The Great Northern Distillery and Master Blender Paul Caris.

In addition to whiskey, Grace O’Malley also offer Heather Infused Irish Gin: a traditional-style gin made with modern distilling techniques to capture the native flavours of Ireland.
