Ingredients:

1½ tbsp Gabriel Boudier Crème de Pêche

125ml La Farra Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut Spumante Prosecco

1 peach, thinly sliced

Method:

Pour the crème de pêche into the bottom of a champagne flute and mix with the champagne. Cut a thin slit in the base of a slice of peach and place on the side of the glass to serve.
